GOODS FOR RETURN Goods shall only be returned to the Company with its prior written consent and within 14 days after delivery. Should the Company discover that there is not a material defect in the goods, the Company may charge the customer a handling fee. Goods not returned in accordance with the above may be rejected by the Company All costs for the return or delivery of the goods shall be payable by the customer.
Failed or Returned Transactions In using the Service, you are requesting the Service to make payments for you from your Payment Account. If we are unable to complete the transaction for any reason associated with your Payment Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Payment Account to cover the transaction), the transaction will not be completed. RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.
OPWC/Local Subdivision Participation Percentages For the sole and express purpose of financing/reimbursing costs of the Project, the estimated costs of which are set forth and described below, the Recipient hereby designates its Local Subdivision Percentage Contribution as amounting to a minimum total value of 50% of the total Project Cost. The OPWC Participation Percentage shall be 50% not to exceed $100,000.
Funds Availability For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day except Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays and legal banking holidays in the State of Utah.
Estimated Number of Participating Households Approximately 6,460. This figure is based on loans with unpaid principal balances ranging from $200,000 to $400,000 with an average funding of $5,000.00.
Upward Reclassification When a position is reclassified upward a regular incumbent shall be continued in the position. He/she shall be advanced to the higher class with the same status held in the lower class if he/she meets minimum experience and training requirements. When a position is reclassified upward and the incumbent does not have regular status, the position will be filled competitively at the higher level.

Scheduled Downtime Scheduled Downtime for the applicable Cloud Services to which customer has subscribed is set forth in Section 4 below entitled “Maintenance Windows for Cloud Services”.
