Common use of PRE-QUALIFICATIONS Clause in Contracts

PRE-QUALIFICATIONS. 1.3.1 For the purpose of this project the county elects not to request pre- qualifications of bidders. The submittal of a bid bond, a performance bond and a public works bond shall be required as specified within the contract documents. 1.3.2 The contractor and all sub-contractors who will perform work on this project will not be required to be licensed under ORS 468A.720 for asbestos abatement.
