Pre-Submission Procedures. Prior to requesting Support Services from XxxXX, Customer shall comply with all published operating and troubleshooting procedures for the Supported Software. If such efforts are unsuccessful in eliminating the Problem, Customer shall then promptly notify XxxXX of any Problem through the Support Interface. Customer shall confirm that the following conditions are true before contacting XxxXX for Support Services:
