PRE SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS. A. Scope Definition: Prior to GMP submittal, the Contractor shall thoroughly review the GMP construction document package with the Owner and determine if the scope is sufficiently defined and identify those areas requiring additional scope definition. As a minimum the following should be defined: Program building size, site limits and access, utility systems (existing and new), complete building systems descriptions, materials outline by division, MEP systems descriptions including materials, MEP system options shall be defined and accepted. Refer to the section “PDRI For Buildings” which is an attachment to the Agreement for additional guidelines. The PDRI checklist must be completed at this time.
