Pre-Trip Inspection/Incidental Duty Pay. To compensate drivers for miscellaneous duties, they will be compensated an additional twenty (20) minutes per day for each day actually worked at their regular run hourly rate (1/3 hour/day). These duties include: Meeting with supervisor regarding forms, routes, discipline, complaints, mechanical problems, etc.; pre-trip inspections; fueling; cleaning inside of bus, etc. Drivers do not have to check engines.

Pre-Trip Inspection/Incidental Duty Pay. If a driver utilizes another bus in the fleet for an additional run, they will be allotted another fifteen (1/3 hour/day)15) minutes. These duties include: Meeting with supervisor regarding forms, routes, discipline, complaints, mechanical problems, etc.; pre-trip inspections; fueling; cleaning inside of bus, etc. Drivers do not have to check engines.
