PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENT. The cardholder is responsible for any preauthorized payment he has authorized any merchant to charge to his card, even after he or Desjardins cancels this Agreement. If the cardholder wishes to discontinue any payment, he must contact the merchant and verify his account statements to ensure that the payments have been discontinued. If they have not stopped despite the cardholder’s instructions to a merchant, Desjardins is not obligated to, but may be able to assist the cardholder if he provides Desjardins with a copy of the written request to the merchant.

If they have not stopped despite the cardholder’s instructions to a merchant, Xxxxxxxxxx Group is not obligated to, but may be able to assist the cardholder if he provides Xxxxxxxxxx Group with a copy of the written request to the merchant.

PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENT. If required by the Lender such preauthorized payment documentation necessary to authorize the Lender to debit directly from the Borrower's account amounts due under the Commitment and Loan.

If you call, we may also require you to put your request in writing and get it to us within 14 days after you call. (We will charge you the fee set forth in the Bank’s current Fee Schedule for each stop-payment order you give.)
PREAUTHORIZED PAYMENT. All payments hereunder shall be made by pre-authorized payments from the Borrower’s bank account and the Borrower shall complete and deliver the proper Bank form and void cheque to that effect;
