Preliminary Utility Conflict Maps. GHD will prepare preliminary utility conflict maps based on the proposed improvements. GHD will contact utility companies and make reasonable efforts to locate all existing utility facilities within the proposed Right of Way. No underground high-risk utilities are anticipated. No positive location work (i.e. potholing) is included. GHD will:  Identify utility owners, types and relocation cost estimates.  Review Caltrans and utility owner’s as-builts, permit records and GIS databases.  Meet in the field, if utility representatives are willing, to review existing facilities and P8027SCP006.docx 8 the proposed project.  Prepare utility data for the Right of Way Data Sheets.  Prepare preliminary conflict maps.  Identify preliminary placements for new and relocated utilities.  Identify preliminary replacement Right of Way for utility facilities.  Prepare and submit utility verification requests to owners as shown on Caltrans Exhibit 13-EX-10.   • Preliminary Engineering In order to receive City review and approval of the Extensions, Developer shall furnish two (2) copies of the plat map, topographic map and proposed roads profile sheets in electronic format prior to the City’s ordering of the engineering plans from its Engineer. The contour elevation and road profile elevations shall be referenced to NAVD ‘88 datum. In the event Developer’s engineer prepares the construction plans and specifications, the above information shall be a part of the extension construction plans to be reviewed and approved by the City’s Engineer. The final plat map shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. The contour map shall have a scale of 1-inch = 20 feet and contour intervals of two (2) feet or less. The road profile sheets shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. Developer shall provide a minimum of one benchmark, datum being NAVD ‘88, on the project site; and the elevation and location of the benchmark shall be indicated on the maps furnished by Developer.

  • SCOPE OF ARCHITECT’S BASIC SERVICES 3.1 The Architect’s Basic Services consist of those described in this Article 3 and include usual and customary structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services. Services not set forth in this Article 3 are Supplemental or Additional Services.

  • Preliminary Matters The Chair of the Hearing Panel will ask each party if it has any objections to the constitution of the Hearing Panel. Responses will be noted and recorded. If an objection is raised, the party raising the objection will be asked to immediately outline the objection. The Hearing Panel will then determine the merits of the objection.

  • Construction Clearing All timber is designated for cutting that is within the clearing limits of roads constructed hereunder or is in other authorized clearings. All dead or unstable live trees are designated for cutting that are sufficiently tall to reach Purchaser’s landings or the roadbed of Specified and Temporary Roads when Marked in advance of felling of timber in the immediate vicinity. Pieces meeting Utilization Standards from such dead or unstable live trees shall be removed, unless there is agreement that to do so could damage the road. Such designation may be revised as part of agreed changes in road location under B5.2.

  • Schematic Design Documents In accordance with the approved Preliminary Design and Construction Schedule and based upon approval of and comments made by the Owner regarding the Concept Design Studies, the Design Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner Schematic Design Documents, including drawings and outline specifications. These documents shall represent a further development of the approved design concept, providing additional detail and specificity regarding the intended design solution. Typically, all such documents shall be drawn to scale, indicating materials and assemblies, as appropriate, to convey the design intent and to illustrate the Project’s basic elements, scale and relationship to the Site. All major pieces of furniture and equipment to be fixed or supplied by the CM/GC shall be illustrated to scale. (See ASTM Standard Practice E 1804-02, August 2007, Sections 6.3, 8.2 and 8.3 for guidance on information which is generally developed in Schematic Design.)

  • Updated Information Submission by Interconnection Customer The updated information submission by the Interconnection Customer, including manufacturer information, shall occur no later than one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Trial Operation. The Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Electric Generating Unit data requirements contained in Appendix 1 to the LGIP. It shall also include any additional information provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies. Information in this submission shall be the most current Electric Generating Unit design or expected performance data. Information submitted for stability models shall be compatible with the Participating TO and CAISO standard models. If there is no compatible model, the Interconnection Customer will work with a consultant mutually agreed to by the Parties to develop and supply a standard model and associated information. If the Interconnection Customer's data is materially different from what was originally provided to the Participating TO and the CAISO for the Interconnection Studies, then the Participating TO and the CAISO will conduct appropriate studies pursuant to the LGIP to determine the impact on the Participating TO’s Transmission System and affected portions of the CAISO Controlled Grid based on the actual data submitted pursuant to this Article 24.3. The Interconnection Customer shall not begin Trial Operation until such studies are completed and all other requirements of this LGIA are satisfied.

  • Additional Acceptable Uses of Student Data Contractor is prohibited from using Student Data for any secondary use not described in this agreement except:

  • Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner Notice Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each notify the other Party, first orally and then in writing, of the release of any Hazardous Substances, any asbestos or lead abatement activities, or any type of remediation activities related to the Large Generating Facility or the Attachment Facilities, each of which may reasonably be expected to affect the other Party. The notifying Party shall: (i) provide the notice as soon as practicable, provided such Party makes a good faith effort to provide the notice no later than twenty-four hours after such Party becomes aware of the occurrence; and (ii) promptly furnish to the other Party copies of any publicly available reports filed with any Governmental Authorities addressing such events.

  • Preliminary Evaluation Site evaluation and planning functions should proceed concurrently with the accomplishment of Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. The Design Professional shall conduct a preliminary review of the site based on information furnished by the Owner. The Design Professional will advise the Owner of potential site-related problems that the Design Professional notes from such review.
