Utility Data definition

Utility Data means data held by Utility, whether produced in the normal course of business or at the request of ESE.
Utility Data means data held by Utility, whether produced in the normal course of business or at the request of Third Party or a third party and whether or not it is provided to Third Party.
Utility Data means data held by Utility, whether produced in the normal course of business or at the request of Aggregator or a third party and whether or not it is provided to Aggregator.

Examples of Utility Data in a sentence

  • Without limiting its ability to negotiate a Change Order with respect to any Unidentified Utility, the Contractor shall take all actions reasonably practicable to identify and confirm the existence, exact location, size, and type of all Utilities within the Project limits or otherwise potentially impacted by the Project, whether or not such Utilities are shown in the Utility Data, including all potentially impacted service lines.

  • It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to comply with the SUE certification process and prepare final Utility plans in accordance with the Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data as developed by the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) CI/ASCE 38.

  • The results of CDOT’s investigations are indicated in the Utility Data that is included with the Reference Documents.

  • Existing utility location information shall be collected based on ASCE Document CI/ASCE 38-02 Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data.

  • Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigations are limited to Quality Levels B, C, and D only as defined in CI/ASCE 38-02 Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data.


More Definitions of Utility Data

Utility Data means utility information provided by the Utility Owners as provided in the Utility Data Reference Documents.
Utility Data means the Utility Drawings (As-Constructed), the Utility Matrix, and utility information from the Utility Owners that are included with the Reference Documents.

Utility Data means a minimum of 12-consecutive months of whole-building, aggregated electricity and natural gas consumption data from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 in Microsoft Excel format.
