Metering 1. If the Producer desires to sell electric power to the Company, the Company shall provide, own and maintain at the Producer's expense all necessary meters and associated equipment to be utilized for the measurement of energy and capacity for determining the Company's payment to the Producer pursuant to an applicable agreement.

Service Locations X.X. Xxxxxx maintains various operational/service centers and locations in the United States and foreign jurisdictions. The services provided under this Agreement may be provided from one or more such locations. X.X. Delivery Point Once Manufacture of the Products has been completed, Contractor shall be responsible for delivering the Finished Goods FCA, (as defined in Incoterms (2000) published by the International Chamber of Commerce) and to a freight forwarder specified by Company in its Order, or otherwise approved by Company. “Delivery Point” as used in this Agreement shall mean the specific time and location that the Product is delivered to the shipper specified on the Order.
