Premium/Administration Rates. Crown and Constar shall use their reasonable best efforts to cause each of the insurance companies, HMOs, paid provider organizations and third-party administrators providing services and benefits under the Crown Welfare Plans and the Constar Welfare Plans to maintain the premium and/or administrative rates, based on the aggregate number of participants in both the Crown Welfare Plans, after the Closing Date, and the Constar Welfare Plans.

CSC and Vlasic shall use their reasonable best efforts to cause each of the insurance companies, HMOs, paid provider organizations and third-party administrators providing services and benefits under the CSC Welfare Plans and the Vlasic Welfare Plans to maintain the premium and/or administrative rates, based on the aggregate number of participants in both the CSC Welfare Plans, after the Distribution Date, and the Vlasic Welfare Plans.
