Premium Fare. Normal services and options apply as set out in Schedule 1, however, should you wish to cancel your booking due to COVID-19 and elect to be refunded to voucher, this voucer will be valid for 6 (six) months only and not 24 (twenty four) months. No additional charges will apply. Vouchers not redeemed within the 6 (six) month period will lapse.

Premium Fare. The costumer has the chance to make modifications to the purchased product and not to choose the date at the time of the order, reserving the right to do so afterwards, thus obtaining an open voucher expiring 36 months after the purchase. With this fare, the costumer can withdraw from the contract, on the condition that the driving course has not been carried out in any of its parts and obtain refund within 12 months from the purchase date itself, deducted a cancellation fee equal to 15%; refund is only applicable to services not yet served at the moment of the withdrawal request. Potential modifications to the order shall be made within the limit of the paid price, or be supplemented with additional amount of money, whether the new choice were to be more expensive than the initial paid price. The date of the event can be changed limitlessly choosing among those available, as long as the request of change is communicated at least 48 hours prior to the chosen date and the new date is within 36 months voucher duration.

  • Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

  • Reimbursement Premium (1) The Company shall, in a timely manner, pay the SBA its Reimbursement Premium for the Contract Year. The Reimbursement Premium for the Contract Year shall be calculated in accordance with Section 215.555, Florida Statutes, with any rules promulgated thereunder, and with Article X(2).

  • Premiums The premiums for insurance policies required pursuant to this Article must be paid as a common expense by the Owners' Association.
