Premium Funding. If the premium has been funded by a premium funding company which holds a legal right over this Contract by virtue of a notice of assignment and irrevocable power of attorney, then subject to Section 60 of the Insurance Contracts Xxx 0000, We may cancel this Contract at the request of the premium funding company, after substantiation of the debt and default in payment by You has been made and proven to Us, by giving You not less than 3 (three) business days written notice to that effect, following which a refund will be made to the premium funding company of the proportionate part of the premium applicable to the unexpired Period of Insurance.

Our Payment Terms Invoices - we will invoice you for the premium, statutory charges (e.g. stamp duty and fire services levy) and any fees we charge for arranging your insurances. You must pay us within: • 14 days of the date of the invoice; • or in the case of a renewal, before the expiry date of the contract of insurance. • We reserves the right to retain the commission and fees received on all policies arranged in the event of cancellation (except if within the cooling off period). If you do not pay the premium on time, the insurer may cancel the contract of insurance and you will not be insured. The insurer may also charge a short- term penalty premium for the time on risk. Credit card fees - if you pay by credit card, we may charge you a non-refundable credit card fee. This fee will be shown on your invoice and reimburses us for bank interest, extra charges/costs and time incurred by us when providing credit card facilities.   • Program Funding Upon entry into force of this Compact, MCC will grant to the Government, under the terms of this Compact, an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Eight Million Eight Hundred Fifty Thousand United States Dollars (US$408,850,000) to support the Program (“Program Funding”). The allocation of Program Funding is generally described in Annex II to this Compact.

  • Premium Finance In arranging premium finance, we act as a credit broker to provide you with a premium finance facility which is designed solely for the purposes of facilitating a loan for repayment of insurance premiums. We will only provide you with information about this payment option on a non-advised basis from which you will need to make your own decision as to the suitability of this facility and whether you wish to proceed. Where we arrange premium finance on your behalf, we are remunerated for our assistance in putting this financing in place. We can provide details of our remuneration on request. When arranging premium finance your premium finance provider may undertake an enquiry with credit reference agencies who will add details of the search and the application to their record about you, whether or not the application proceeds. Further details will be provided when an application for finance is made. Insurers own credit facilities may also be available if appropriate. Where you pay your premium by instalments and use a premium finance provider, if any direct debit or other payment due in respect of the credit agreement you enter into to pay insurance premiums is not met when presented for payment or if you end the credit agreement we will be informed of such events by your premium finance provider. If you do not make other arrangements with us or your premium finance provider to pay the insurance premiums you acknowledge and agree that we may, at any time after being so informed, instruct on your behalf the relevant insurer to cancel the insurance (or, if this occurs shortly after the start or renewal of the insurance, to notify the insurer that the policy has not been taken up) and to collect any refund of premiums which may be made by the insurer. If any money is owed to the premium finance provider under your credit agreement or if they have debited us with the amount outstanding, we will use any refund received to offset our costs. You will be responsible for paying any remaining time on risk charge and putting in place any alternative insurance and / or payment agreements you need. You also agree that we may hold to the order of the premium finance provider any claims monies due to you in the event that you are in default of your credit agreement.

  • Supplemental Funding Unless otherwise defined by program rules, Supplemental Funding is the award of additional funds to provide for an increase in costs due to unforeseen circumstances. The State will comply with all Federal program agency policies and procedures for requesting supplemental grant funding. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for the Medical Assistance Program and associated administrative payments (CFDA 93.778): The State must submit a revised Medicaid Program Budget Report (CMS-37) to request supplemental funding. The CMS guidelines and instructions for completing the CMS-37 are provided in Section 2600F of the State Medicaid Manual (SMM). The CMS/CO must receive the revised Form CMS-37 through the Medicaid Budget Expenditure System/Children's Budget Expenditure System (MBES/CBES) no later than 10 calendar days before the end of the quarter for which the supplemental grant award is being requested. Additional guidance on this policy is available from the respective CMS Regional Office, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. The State will comply with the following guidelines when requesting supplemental funding for TANF (CFDA 93.558), CCDF (CFDA 93.575), CSE (93.563), and the FC/AA (CFDA 93.658 and CFDA 93.659) programs administered by the U.S. Department of Human Services, Administration for Children and Families (HHS/ACF):

  • Fiscal Funding Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, the parties hereto agree that the charges hereunder are payable to the Contractor by the District solely from appropriations received by District. In the event such appropriations are determined by the Chief Financial Officer/Comptroller of the District to no longer exist or to be insufficient with respect to the charges payable hereunder, this Agreement shall immediately terminate without further obligation to the District upon notice that such appropriations no longer exist and are insufficient. If this Agreement is so terminated, then the District shall only pay Contractor for goods and/or services provided by Contractor and accepted by the District up to, through, and including the date of termination. Following the termination of this Agreement under this Section, the parties’ duties to one another shall cease except for those obligations that shall survive the termination of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the District’s payment obligations for goods and/or services accepted by the District before the date of termination, and the Contractor’s duties to insure and/or indemnify the District and to cooperate with any audit. Termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Section shall not limit either of the parties’ remedies for any breach of this Agreement.

  • Formula Funding Funding equivalent to the level of funding which would be provided through the funding formula of the LA to a maintained school which had all of that Academy's relevant characteristics, including its number of pupils;

  • Per-pupil Funding The School's non-facility general fund per-pupil funding shall be as defined in Sec. 302D-28, HRS. The Commission shall distribute the School's per-pupil allocation each fiscal year pursuant to Sec. 302D-28(f), HRS, and shall provide the School with the calculations used to determine the per-pupil amount each year. All funds distributed to the School from the Commission shall be used solely for the School's educational purposes as appropriated by the Legislature, and the School shall have discretion to determine how such funding shall be allocated at the school level to serve those purposes subject to applicable laws and this Contract.

  • Premium Payment The Bank shall pay any premiums due on the Policy.

  • Funding This Contract is subject to termination or cancellation, without penalty to System Agency, either in whole or in part, subject to the availability of state funds. System Agency is a state agency whose authority and appropriations are subject to actions of the Texas Legislature. If System Agency becomes subject to a legislative change, revocation of statutory authority, or lack of appropriated funds that would render either System Agency’s or Grantee’s delivery or performance under the Contract impossible or unnecessary, the Contract will be terminated or cancelled and be deemed null and void. In the event of a termination or cancellation under this Section, System Agency will not be liable to Grantee for any damages, that are caused or associated with such termination, or cancellation, and System Agency will not be required to give prior notice.

  • Abortion Funding Limitation Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article IX of the General Appropriations Act (the Act), to the extent allowed by federal and state law, money appropriated by the Texas Legislature may not be distributed to any individual or entity that, during the period for which funds are appropriated under the Act:

  • Premium Pay “Premium Pay” is a special pay rate for working during times that are less desirable, such as weekends, holidays or late shifts. The City will not pay the Consultant Premium Pay.
