PREPARATION AND MOBILIZATION. The Contractor must communicate with the DM annually to discuss any special considerations required by Pinellas County for the respective planning year. Pinellas County will provide the Contractor a copy of the County’s current Debris Management Plan and the Contractor may be requested to review the Debris Management Plan and provide input or comments.
