Common use of Preparation and Submission Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Submission. The Recipient shall: (a) submit to the Ministry at the address provided in section 18.1, or in a manner set out in Schedule “D”, all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements set out in Schedule “D”, or in a form as specified by the Ministry from time to time; (b) submit to the Ministry at the address provided in section 18.1, or in a manner set out in Schedule “D”, any other reports as may be requested by the Ministry in accordance with the timelines and content requirements specified by the Ministry; (c) ensure that all Reports and other reports are completed to the satisfaction of the Ministry; and (d) ensure that all Reports and other reports are signed on behalf of the Recipient by an authorized signing officer.
