Common use of Preparation and Submission Clause in Contracts

Preparation and Submission. The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A.15.1 (Notice in Writing and Addressed): (i) all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements provided for in Schedule “D” (Reports); and (ii) any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; and (b) ensure that all Reports and other reports are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (ii) signed by an authorized signing officer of the Recipient.

Preparation and Submission. The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A.15.1 (Notice in Writing and Addressed):A17.1: (i) all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements as provided for in Schedule “D” (Reports); andF”; (ii) any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; and; (b) ensure that all Reports and other reports are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (iii) signed by an authorized signing officer of the Recipient.

The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to in section A.15.1 A.16.1 (Notice in Writing and Addressed): (i) all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements provided for in Schedule “D” (Reports); and (ii) any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; and (b) ensure that all Reports and other reports are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (ii) signed by an authorized signing officer of the Recipient.

The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to set out in section A.15.1 (Notice in Writing and Addressed):Schedule “B”: (i) all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements provided for set out in Schedule “D” (Reports); andF”; (ii) any other reports in accordance with any timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; and, including, but not limited to, any reports that may be required under Article B3.0 of Schedule “B”; (b) ensure that all Reports and other reports are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and (iii) signed by an authorized signing officer of the Recipient.

The Recipient will: (a) submit to the Province at the address referred to provided in section A.15.1 A17.1 (Notice in Writing and Addressed): (i) Addresses), all Reports in accordance with the timelines and content requirements provided for set out in Schedule “DF” (ReportsReporting and Compliance Audit); and, or in a form as specified by the Province from time to time; (iib) submit to the Province at the address provided in section A17.1 (Notice in Writing and Addresses), any other reports as may be requested by the Province in accordance with any the timelines and content requirements the Province may specify from time to time; and (b) ensure that all Reports and other reports are: (i) completed to the satisfaction of specified by the Province; and (ii) signed by an authorized signing officer of the Recipient.;
