Preparation and Submission. The Recipient represents and warrants: (a) That it has submitted to the Province: (i) all Reports in accordance with the requirements as provided for in the Guidelines (b) That it has ensured that all Reports and other reports are: (i) accurate to the date of this Agreement; (ii) completed to the satisfaction of the Province; and
