Preparation of Outreach Strategy. A comprehensive outreach strategy will be established in cooperation with the relevant parties to reach NEETs, increase their labour market participation, inform NEETs about supports, and ensure İŞKUR registration. The Strategy will define outreach, information and promotion activities to reach NEETs including people with disabilities. Best practises of outreach strategies in EU countries will be examined in details during developing the Strategy. The results of study under the category of Intervention IV will be considered. During the preparation phase, workshops will be organised with participation of relevant institutions for consultation and ensure comprehensiveness. The fact that the number of women constitutes the majority of NEETs, the strategy will be designed and implemented in accordance with gender-based approach. The Strategy will be disseminated and launched through a conference.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC.
