Preparation of Proposals. Offers shall be manually signed, prices entered in block 14(g) for timber values and blocks 15(e) and 15(f) for the cost stewardship projects and all fill-in blocks, 16b, 18, 25, and 26 completed. The offer rates in column 14g for each species must be equal to or greater than the advertised rate for each species in column 14f. If erasures or other changes appear on the forms, the person signing the offer must initial each erasure or change.
