Preparedness. 1. The Parties shall, jointly or individually, develop strategies and response plans to identify, manage and control risks to human health and the environment arising from land and/or forest fires and related haze pollution arising from such fires. 2. The Parties shall, as appropriate, prepare standard operating procedures for regional co-operation and national action required under this Agreement.
