In addition, we will also be paid commission from the lender. For product transfers, there will be a minimum charge of £495.00. The procuration fee from the lender would be deducted from this amount, with the remaining fee payable by invoice. Or A fee of 2% (but with a minimum of £1250.00) of the loan amount for a complex mortgage arrangement (eg. impaired credit, right to buy). Here are examples of how our charges could apply: If you took out a straight forward mortgage for £50,000.00, you would incur a Total Fee of £495.00 (minimum fee) If you took out a complex mortgage for £100,000.00, you would incur a fee of £2,000.00 i.e. £100,000.00 x 2% = Total Fee £2,000.00 Please note: In the event of your offer expiring and a replacement offer being required, a charge of £250.00 will become payable in order to cover the additional work. Implementation of such projects will require a separate, local agreement, or other appropriate written document, executed by the authorized signatories of the involved Parties. This may include a Supplemental Project Agreement, as in Exhibit I or other written document. Fire Prevention: Identify goals, activities, resources available, and opportunities for cost sharing. Public Use Restrictions: Include implementation procedures or incorporate by reference the document containing those procedures. For example, the NW Operating Plan states “Guidelines for Coordinated Public Use Restrictions Memorandum of Understanding, NFS 92-06-52-51, May 1992, is incorporated by reference”. Burning Permits: Document procedures where applicable, which may include burning permits, fire restrictions and burn bans. Prescribed Fire (Planned Ignitions) and Fuels Management: Identify planned projects. Smoke Management: Local considerations; use of Air Resource Advisors. We advise on non-investment insurance contracts from a large range of insurers. You can pay for our advised protection services by: Commission (where this is available – a fee may be charged if commission is unavailable) A fixed fee Where we are paid by commission we will tell you the amount before we carry out any business for you. Although you may pay nothing to us up front, this does not mean that our services are free. You still pay us indirectly through deductions from the amount you pay into your product. We may agree to rebate any commission due into the plan and invoice you directly for an agreed fee. This would be negotiated after any recommendation that was made.
