Prescheduling Conference. The Construction Manager shall conduct conference at the Project site to review methods and procedures related to each Contractor’s Baseline Schedule and the Project schedule, including, but not limited to, the following: a) Review software limitations and content. b) Verify availability of qualified personnel needed to develop and update schedule. c) Discuss coordination, including phasing, work stages, area separations, interim milestones and Beneficial Occupancy. d) Review delivery dates for Owner-furnished products. e) Review schedule for work of Owner's separate contracts. f) Review time required for review of submittals and resubmittals. g) Review requirements for tests and inspections by independent testing and inspecting agencies. h) Review time required for completion and startup procedures. i) Review and finalize list of construction activities to be included in schedule. j) Review submittal requirements and procedures.

Coordinate the Project Schedule with each Contractor’s Submission Schedule, progress reports, and other required schedules and reports. Secure time commitments for performing critical elements of the Work from all parties. Coordinate each construction activity in the network with other activities and schedule them in proper sequence. Bid Milestone Schedule: The Owner shall provide a Bid Milestone Schedule as a template for the Contractor’s Baseline Schedule. Nothing in the Bid Milestone Schedule, Contractor’s Baseline Schedule or Project Schedule shall preclude the Construction Manager or any Contractor from advancing the Work of any Contract. Each Contractor shall include milestones indicated in the Contract Documents in their Baseline Schedule, including, but not limited to, the Notice to Proceed, interim milestones, Substantial Completion, and Contract close-out. Substantial Completion date shall not be changed by submission of a schedule that shows an early completion date, unless approved by the Owner.   • Informal Conference An employee against whom the disciplinary action is being considered may be requested to attend an informal conference with the immediate supervisor, his/her designee and/or a Human Resources Administrator prior to official written notification or any recommended disciplinary action. At such conference, the employee shall be informed orally of the specific disciplinary action being considered as well as the reasons therefore and be given an opportunity to respond thereto.   • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award.
