PRESCRIBED OVERTIME RATES. 9.1 A Monday to Friday worker will be paid at the employee’s normal rate of pay for ordinary hours, and then at the rate of time and a half for the next three (3) hours, and at the rate of double time after that until completion of the shift and return to the normal workplace, temporary workplace or assembly point (refer Section 16 ‘Start and Finish times).
