PRESCRIPTION SAFETY EYEGLASSES. 305. Covered employees will be provided with prescription safety glasses in compliance with Cal-OSHA regulations. Such prescription safety glasses will be replaced every twenty- four months. In addition, the City will reimburse the employee for prescription safety glasses that are damaged in the course of their work, provided that the employee has exercised reasonable care with respect to the employee’s glasses. The reimbursement shall be limited to that portion of the cost of replacement glasses, which are comparable to those damaged, that is not otherwise covered by insurance.
PRESCRIPTION SAFETY EYEGLASSES. The Village shall reimburse employees for the reasonable costs of the purchase of one (1) pair of safety prescription eyeglasses during the term of this Agreement.
