Medical Records Business Manager shall advise and assist --------------- Practice as to the establishment, monitoring and maintenance of procedures and policies for the timely creation, preparation, filing and retrieval of all medical records generated by Practice in connection with Practice's provision of Medical Services; and, subject to applicable law, shall ensure that medical records are promptly available to Physicians and any other appropriate persons. All such medical records shall be retained and maintained in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. All medical records are, and will remain, the property and Confidential Information of Practice and its patients.
Marketing Plans 1. The MCO shall develop a marketing plan that meets SDOH guidelines and any local requirements as approved by the State Department of Health (SDOH).

Advertising Materials; Filed Documents (a) Advertising and sales literature with respect to any Fund prepared by the Company or its agents for use in marketing its Contracts will be submitted to that Fund or its designee for review before such material is submitted to any regulatory body for review. No such material shall be used if the Fund or its designee reasonably objects to such use in writing, transmitted by facsimile within two business days after receipt of such material.
Quality Service Standards/NAV Errors Price Associates and the Fund may, from time to time, agree to certain quality service standards, with respect to the Services hereunder. In the event Price Associates is the party responsible for causing an error in the computation of the net asset value for a Fund or share class of a Fund (“NAV Error”), the actions that are required to be taken as to such NAV Error shall be made in accordance with the Fund’s Net Asset Value Error Correction Policy and Procedures (“NAV Error Policy”) attached hereto as Schedule II.
Research Records Each Party shall maintain records of each Research Program (or cause such records to be maintained) in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner as will properly reflect all work done and results achieved by or on behalf of such Party in the performance of such Research Program. Sub-Adviser Review of Materials Upon the Adviser’s request, the Sub-Adviser shall review and comment upon selected portions, relating to the Sub-Adviser and/or Strategy (including the Allocated Portion), of the Registration Statement, other offering documents and ancillary sales and marketing materials prepared by the Adviser for the Fund, and participate, at the reasonable request of the Adviser and as agreed to by the Sub-Adviser, in educational meetings with placement agents and other intermediaries about portfolio management and investment-related matters of the Fund. The Sub-Adviser will promptly inform the Fund and the Adviser if any information in the Registration Statement is (or will become) inaccurate or incomplete.
Enrollment Each User is required to complete an Electronic Enrollment Form, which is available at a URL designated by DST (at the date of this Agreement - xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx). Users enrolling for access may complete the enrollment process by providing DST with information called for in the Electronic Enrollment Form about their practice and the Financial Products they wish to access.
Product Specifications The Company agrees that all Products sold to Xxxx hereunder shall conform to the respective specifications set forth on Schedule A or to such other specifications as are from time to time agreed upon by the Parties.
Quality Specifications SANMINA-SCI shall comply with the quality specifications set forth in its Quality Manual, incorporated by reference herein, a copy of which is available from SANMINA-SCI upon request.
