Common use of Preseason Use Clause in Contracts

Preseason Use. a. MCST shall have exclusive use of the pool during the preseason from April 26 through June 3, 2021 on Mondays - Thursdays, from 4:15 to 8:30 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays by arrangement with the City (this time period shall be referred to as the “Preseason”). Weekday use beyond 8:30 p.m. will be charged an hourly staff rate. b. MCST shall pay to the City $2,500 for such Preseason use.
