- Presence of Union. Any employee or group of employees who are called in to any office for the purpose of discipline may request the presence of the chairperson of the Grievance Committee or other committee person and such request shall not be denied by the Board. Employees will not normally be disciplined or given any reprimand in the presence of students or employees; it is understood that grievance committee person may be present.
