Commercial Use the use of the Licensed Material for the purpose of monetary reward (whether by or for the Institution or an Authorised User) by means of sale, resale, loan, transfer, hire or other form of exploitation of the Licensed Material. For the avoidance of doubt, the use by the Institution or Authorised Users of the Licensed Material in the course of research funded by a commercial organisation is not deemed to constitute Commercial Use. Recovery of costs is not being deemed Commercial Use. The use of Metadata by search engines does not constitute Commercial Use as long as that Metadata is not sold, lent, distributed or otherwise re-licensed via that search engine or the access to that Metadata on that search engine is exclusively being charged for.
Residential Use Use the Apartment for residential purpose only. Under no circumstances shall the Allottee use or allow the Apartment to be used for commercial, industrial or other non-residential purposes. The Allottee shall also not use or allow the Apartment to be used as a religious establishment, hotel, guesthouse, service apartment, mess, hostel, boarding house, restaurant, nursing home, club, school or other public gathering place.
General Use You may install and Use a copy of the Software on your compatible computer, up to the Permitted Number of computers.
Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.
Travelling, Transport and Fares (a) An employee required and authorised to use their own motor vehicle in the course of their duties will be paid not less than the allowance set out in item 21 in Table 2.

Obligation to Notify Owner of Existing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall immediately notify the Owner and the Design Professional, both orally and in writing, of the presence and location of any physical evidence of, or information regarding the presence of Hazardous Materials at the Site of which it becomes aware. If the Contractor encounters Hazardous Materials on the Site the Contractor shall (i) immediately stop performance of Work or that portion of the Work affected by or affecting such Hazardous Materials; (ii) secure the contaminated area against intrusion; (iii) not disturb or remove the Hazardous Materials; (iv) not proceed, or allow any subcontractor or supplier to proceed, with any Work or other activities in the area affected by such Hazardous Materials until such materials have been properly remediated and until directed in writing to do so by the Owner; and, (v) take any other steps necessary to protect life and health and the surrounding environment. The Contractor shall be entitled to adjustment of the Contract Time and the Contract Sum pursuant to Section 5, Part 2 of these General Conditions in order to compensate for the impact of any required demolition, re-work, shutdown, delay, protection of work, disruption, and start-up resulting from the encountering of such Hazardous Materials on the Site for which the Contractor is not responsible.
PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT AND PERSONAL PROPERTY For valuable consideration, the sum of $1.00, receipt of which is acknowledged, Xxxxxx agrees to quitclaim, transfer, sell, waive and release any interest it has or may have, including as the beneficiary of any trust interest created by the provisions of The Book of Discipline of The United Methodist Church, and Xxxxx agrees to accept all of Seller’s title and interest, if any, in and to all of the properties and assets held by Xxxxxx United Methodist Church and relating to the Conference’s claim for itself, or on behalf of The United Methodist Church, of any beneficial right of any kind, including all proprietary rights and privileges of any kind or nature, whether arising by operation of law, trust, contract, property or other means to all tangible personal property owned as of the date of this Bill of Sale in the name of Xxxxxx United Methodist Church (including, without limitation, cash, bank accounts, accounts and notes receivable, deposits, prepaid items, contents, furnishings, equipment, tools, furniture, leasehold improvements, computer software, permits, licenses, authorizations, books, records, papers, securities, funds, goodwill, contracts, and other intangibles (hereinafter collectively, the "Personal Property") on the terms and conditions set forth in this Bill of Sale.
