Subdivision Plan definition

Subdivision Plan means a plan showing the layout of a proposed subdivision or subdivisions;

Subdivision Plan means the proposed plan of subdivision reproduced in Schedule "G.1" to this Agreement.

Loc. Gov’t Code Ch. 212, Subchapters A and/or B. A Subdivision Plan excludes a Zoning Plan. A Subdivision Plan does not include a site plan required for a Zoning Plan or for building permit approval.
