Alcohol Use. Alcohol use is the consumption of any beverage, mixture or preparation including any medication containing alcohol.

Alcohol Use. No safety-sensitive employee may report for duty or remain on duty when his/her ability to perform assigned functions is adversely affected by alcohol or when his/her breath alcohol concentration is 0.04 or greater. No safety-sensitive employee shall use alcohol while on duty or while performing safety-sensitive functions. No safety-sensitive employee shall use alcohol within four hours of reporting for duty nor during hours that he/she is on call. Violation of this provision is prohibited and will subject the employee to removal from safety-sensitive duty and referral to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

Alcohol Use. An employee will be considered to have failed (with a test result of 0.04 percent or greater) an administered evidential breath alcohol test administered by a certified breath alcohol technician. To be considered a confirming evidential test, a breath alcohol technician must have administered a preliminary (screening) breath test within the 30 minute period immediately preceding the evidential test. The preliminary test must have resulted in a reading of not less than 0.02 percent to warrant the evidential breath test.
Alcohol Use. The parish does not hold a liquor license. Therefore, no event being held in the facilities may serve any alcoholic beverages, whether free or for a charge. Possession of alcohol on the premises is strictly forbidden, and failure to follow this requirement will result in immediate termination of the agreement and forfeiture of any deposit.

Alcohol Use. 1. Alcohol use is permitted inside the Community Center building. Additional deposits and insurance may be required.
2. Consumption or the use of alcoholic beverages is prohibited outside the Community Center building or on any public premises adjacent to it.
3. Events where alcohol will be served or sold require an OLCC Licensed Server. The OLCC licensed server must be present at all times during the event and proof of certification and Federal or State Issued photo Id will be required at the time of application.
4. Only beer, wine, and champagne are allowed to be served or sold within the Community Center building.
5. Events that allow the use of alcohol without the proper insurance certificate, an OLCC Licensed server and/or payment of the correct deposit amounts will be subject to immediate termination.
Alcohol Use. All alcohol must be purchased through AU. Under no circumstances will outside alcohol be allowed to be brought into the Space pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 4301.
(a) BY LAW, NO ONE UNDER 21 MAY CONSUME OR TASTE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Client agrees and warrants that there shall be NO CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY PERSONS UNDER AGE 21. Further, Client shall monitor all service, if any, of alcohol and specifically acknowledges that Client is solely liable for the consumption of any alcohol by any person on the Space and that such liability shall extend to any aspect regarding the consumption of alcohol.
(b) AU may ask guests for identification to verify age. AU reserves the right to ask the entire party to leave if (1) a minor is consuming alcohol; (2) an adult is providing alcohol to a minor; or
Alcohol Use. Serving Alcoholic Beverages at the Town Hall is permitted. If you plan to serve alcohol, you must hire a uniformed law enforcement officer, and provide documentation to the town that this requirement has been fulfilled at least 5 days prior to the event.
