  • Right to Inspect Records Engineer agrees that City shall have access to and the right to examine any directly pertinent books, documents, papers and records of Engineer involving transactions relating to this contract. Engineer agrees that City shall have access during normal working hours to all necessary Engineer facilities and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this section. City shall give Engineer reasonable advance notice of intended audits. Engineer further agrees to include in subcontract(s), if any, a provision that any subcontractor or consultant agrees that City shall have access to and the right to examine any directly pertinent books, documents, papers and records of such consultant or subcontractor involving transactions to the subcontract, and further, that City shall have access during normal working hours to all consultant or subcontractor facilities, and shall be provided adequate and appropriate work space, in order to conduct audits in compliance with the provisions of this paragraph. City shall give the consultant or subcontractor reasonable advance notice of intended audits.

  • Interview A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Hospital for a period of up to minutes during the employee's orientation period without loss of regular earnings. The purpose of the meeting will be to acquaint the employee with such representative of the Union and the collective agreement.   • Right to Inspect Bank (through any of its officers, employees, or agents) shall have the right, upon reasonable prior notice, from time to time during Borrower’s usual business hours but no more than twice a year (unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing), to inspect Borrower’s Books and to make copies thereof and to check, test, and appraise the Collateral in order to verify Borrower’s financial condition or the amount, condition of, or any other matter relating to, the Collateral.

  • Right to Audit Records Citizens shall have reasonable access to Vendor’s facilities and the right to review and audit any of Vendor’s records relating solely to this Agreement, upon written notice to Vendor of at least three (3) business days. Vendor shall not unreasonably delay or inhibit Citizens’ right to audit as set forth in this Section. Vendor shall cooperate with auditor(s) and, provide requested documentation in a timely manner (preferably within five (5) business days). Vendor must resolve any deficiencies discovered during the audit within ninety (90) calendar days from being reported. Citizens may extend the response time period in its sole discretion. Citizens has the right to conduct follow-up audit procedures to assess Vendor’s corrective action(s). Any entity performing auditing services pursuant to this Section shall execute a non-disclosure agreement with regard to Vendor’s proprietary information, unless precluded from doing so by law. Vendor agrees to reimburse Citizens for the reasonable costs of investigation incurred by Citizens for investigations of Vendor’s compliance with this Agreement which result in termination for cause or in regulatory or criminal penalties in connection with performance of this Agreement. Such costs shall include, but shall not be limited to: salaries of investigators, including overtime; travel and lodging expenses; expert witness fees and, documentary fees.

  • Right to Have Xxxxxxx Present (a) An employee shall have the right to have their xxxxxxx present at any discussion with supervisory personnel which the employee believes might be the basis of disciplinary action. Where a supervisor intends to interview an employee for disciplinary purposes, the supervisor shall make every effort to notify the employee in advance of the purpose of the interview in order that the employee may contact their xxxxxxx, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. This clause shall not apply to those discussions that are of an operational nature and do not involve disciplinary action.

  • Interview Period It is agreed that upon commencement of employment new employees will be advised by a representative of the Hospital of the existence of the Union and the conditions surrounding their employment as contained in the herein collective agreement and any rules that may be formulated under its terms. It is also agreed that a representative of the union will be given an opportunity to interview each employee once within the completing month of his/her probationary period for the purpose of ascertaining the wishes of the employee concerning membership in the Union. Such interview may take place on the day of orientation. The Hospital will notify the Union monthly of the names of those employees who are completing their probationary period and on request will arrange a time and place for such interview that time of which shall not exceed 15 minutes. Neither employee shall suffer loss of regular pay as a result of such interview.

  • Right to Inspect/Audit 11. Each bidding document and contract financed from the proceeds of a Credit shall include a provision requiring bidders, suppliers, contractors and subcontractors to permit the Association, at its request, to inspect their accounts and records relating to the bid submission and performance of the contract and to have said accounts and records audited by auditors appointed by the Association. The deliberate and material violation by the bidder, supplier, contractor or subcontractor of such provision may amount to obstructive practice. License

  • Requirement to Have a Single Audit The Subrecipient will complete the Subrecipient Annual Report annually within 45 days after its fiscal year end, informing the State of Vermont whether or not a Single Audit is required for the prior fiscal year. If a Single Audit is required, the Subrecipient will submit a copy of the audit report to the granting Party within 9 months. If a single audit is not required, only the Subrecipient Annual Report is required. For fiscal years ending before December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $500,000 or more in Federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with OMB Circular A-133. For fiscal years ending on or after December 25, 2015, a Single Audit is required if the subrecipient expends $750,000 or more in Federal assistance during its fiscal year and must be conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Chapter I, Chapter II, Part 200, Subpart F. The Subrecipient Annual Report is required to be submitted within 45 days, whether or not a Single Audit is required.
