Preservation of Equipment. All Equipment currently owned or hereafter acquired by or on behalf of Borrower or its Subsidiaries will be kept at the applicable Property except as permitted by this Agreement or any Mortgage or except with the prior written consent of Lenders; provided, however, Borrower, each Subsidiary or any Operator may dispose of Equipment in accordance with the terms of the applicable Operating Agreements and may dispose of obsolete, broken or worn Equipment, without Lenders' consent. Borrower and each Subsidiary shall use reasonable commercial efforts to cause each Operator at all times to (i) keep correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the location, kind, type, age, condition and cost of and accumulated depreciation on all Equipment and (ii) make those records available during the Operators' usual business hours on demand to any of the officers, employees or agents of Borrower and Lenders.

Preservation of Equipment. ABT covenants and agrees to diligently preserve and maintain the Equipment in the state in which it is received.
Preservation of Equipment. Client shall use any and all means necessary to ensure that any equipment entrusted to Client pursuant to this Agreement is preserved, safeguarded, and kept in its original condition free of defects and/or malfunctions. Client further agrees that it shall not, in any event, remove the equipment from the premises or property to which the equipment was originally delivered by Technijian, for any purpose whatsoever.

Borrower shall use reasonable commercial efforts to cause each Operator at all times to (i) keep correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the location, kind, type, age, condition and cost of and accumulated depreciation on all Equipment relating to the subject Operating Agreement and (ii) make those records available during the Operator’s usual business hours upon prior written notice to any of the officers, employees or agents of Borrower and Lender.

Borrower shall use reasonable commercial efforts to cause the Operator at all times to (i) keep correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the location, kind, type, age, condition and cost of and accumulated depreciation on all Equipment relating to the subject Operating Agreement and (ii) make those records available during the Operator’s usual business hours upon prior written notice to any of the officers, employees or agents of Borrower and Administrative Agent.
Preservation of Equipment. So long as Borrower has any Obligations under the Note and Loan Schedule entered into in connection with an Advance for any Equipment, Borrower shall: (1) cause such Equipment to be preserved in like new condition (Reasonable Wear and Tear excepted) and maintain a servicing agreement with Supplier in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender; (2) maintain all records and other materials relating to Borrower's compliance with the foregoing; and (3) keep such Equipment free from all Liens (other than Permitted Liens). Provided that no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, Borrower may, at its sole cost and expense, make Permitted Improvements. Borrower shall, upon written request from Lender, provide Lender with a detailed list of any and all Permitted Improvements made by Borrower together with such other information related thereto as may reasonably be requested by Lender. Borrower shall not allow the Equipment to be attached or incorporated to or in any other property not consisting of Equipment hereunder in such a manner that the Equipment may be deemed to have become an Accession to or a part of such other property in which someone has a Lien (other than Permitted Liens).

Borrower shall use reasonable commercial efforts to cause the Operator at all times to (i) keep correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the location, kind, type, age, condition and cost of and accumulated depreciation on all Equipment relating to the subject Operating Agreement and (ii) make those records available during the Operator’s usual business hours upon prior written notice to any of the officers, employees or agents of Borrower and Lender.
