President Elect. The President-Elect shall direct the Election Commis- sioner as to the number of Vice President slots open for nomination and shall have such other duties as may be assigned by the President or by the Leadership Council. In the absence of the President, or in the event of his or her inability or refusal to act, the President-Elect shall perform the duties of the President.
