Press Releases and Use of Name. Except as provided for in relation to publications in Section 14.4 and in relation to trademarks in Section 12.13, neither Party shall make any public announcement relating to this Agreement or the transactions covered by it or mention or otherwise use the name, insignia, symbol, trademark, trade name or logotype of the other Party or its Affiliates in any publication, press release, promotional material or other form of publicity without the prior written approval of the other Party in each instance.
Press Releases and Use of Name. Except as expressly permitted by this Agreement, neither Party shall make any press release or other public announcement relating to this Agreement or otherwise use the name, insignia, symbol, trademark, trade name or logotype of the other Party or its Affiliates in any publication, press release, promotional material or other form of publicity without the prior written approval of the other Party. The restrictions imposed by this Section 5.6 shall not prohibit either Party from making any disclosure that is required by Applicable Laws.

Each Party shall keep the existence of, the terms of and the transactions covered by this Agreement confidential and shall not disclose such information to any other Person through a press release or otherwise, or mention or otherwise use the name, insignia, symbol, trademark, trade name or logotype of the other Party or its Affiliates in any manner without the prior written consent of the other Party in each instance (which shall not be unreasonably withheld). The restrictions imposed by this Section 30 will not prohibit any Party from making any disclosure identifying the other Party that is required by applicable law, rule or regulation or the requirements of a national securities exchange or another similar regulatory body, in which event such Party (a) may disclose only that portion of such information that is legally required to be disclosed and shall exercise its reasonable best efforts to obtain a protective order or other reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded to the information so disclosed and (b) shall notify the other Party prior to making such disclosure.
Press Releases and Use of Name. Section 12.5.1 and Section 12.6 of the License Agreement are each hereby incorporated by reference mutatis mutandi. The Parties have agreed that Seller and Buyer will issue the joint press release attached hereto as Exhibit B.
