Pressures at Delivery Points. All System Compressor Stations (a) shall be designed for a suction pressure of from one hundred (100) psig to one hundred forty (140) psig and (b) shall be designed for and shall be operated at a discharge pressure sufficient to effect delivery to the relevant Downstream Pipeline or Processing Plant.

Redeliveries of Gas by Gatherer for the account of Shipper to the inlet of an Existing System Compressor Station shall be at such pressures as may exist from time to time in the Gathering System at the applicable Delivery Point.
