Prevailing Wage Rate. 1.5.1. The Contractor must comply with all aspects of the UGC. Contractor shall require all workers to complete a “Worker Wage Rate Notification Form” before starting Work on the Project. The Contractor shall maintain certified payrolls, for the Contractor and all subcontractors, at the jobsite throughout construction. 1.5.2. The Owner’s Project Manager may verify wage rate compliance in the field by interviewing workers, or otherwise. The Contractor shall assist the Owner’s Project Manager with verification of wage rate compliance, including provisions for non-English speaking workers.
