Common use of Price Band System Clause in Contracts

Chile may maintain its price band system as established under its Law Nº 18.525 or succeeding system for the products covered by that law1, provided it is applied consistent with Chile’s rights and obligations under the WTO Agreement. 1 For greater certainty, Chile shall not incorporate new products in the Price Band System.
