Price Breakdown FORMS. You must provide a price breakdown using the Pricing Form included as an attachment. Specifications and drawings are available for the project. The information provided on the pricing form will be evaluated under both the technical proposal and the price proposal. The information provided in the Offeror’s price proposal will be used to provide insight into the Offeror’s operations as well as to evaluate understanding of and compliance with the contract terms and conditions and the required work. Qualification of your firm-fixed-price in any way may eliminate you from further consideration for award.
