Price Changes. Avaya may change the fees associated with any Cloud Services upon 30 days advance written notice. Customer’s continued use of the Service after any price change becomes effective constitutes Customer acceptance of the modified fees, and such amounts shall apply as of the first day of the next month after the fee change was posted or communicated to Customer.
