Common use of Price Indexation Clause in Contracts

Price Indexation. Philips reserves the right to adjust customer list pricing and (or) net pricing, during the Term of the agreement in accordance with the Consumer Price Index published by the United States Department of Labor on its website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/cpi. Such adjustment in pricing requires thirty (30) day written notice, will not be retroactive, cannot start before first year of contract, and will not exceed more than five percent (5%) change annually.
