Common use of Price Levels Clause in Contracts

Price Levels. Each Product is assigned to a Product pool as shown on the Product Terms. Price levels (A, B, C or D) are set separately for each pool. Price levels for the applicable Product pools are set forth in the Product Selection Form. Enrolled Affiliate’s price level for each Product pool under this Enrollment will be Level D.
