Pricing and Pricing Schedule. All prices for goods and/or services supplied to the public on or from the Property shall be based on the general intent to cover the DISTRICT’S expenses to provide services under this Agreement (excluding F&B expenses as applicable), with consideration that prices be fair and reasonably competitive in the applicable market. Proposed fees related to golf operation are subject to approval by the Director or the Board pursuant to applicable regulation and procedure. MANAGER shall determine F&B pricing at MANAGER’S sole discretion, but also in consideration of the Board’s objective that pricing to the public is fair and reasonable for the type of F&B product and service that the MANAGER provides. To initiate this Agreement, Director shall provide an initial pricing schedule for golf operation and related services (excluding F&B services). The price schedule shall be posted for general public review at location(s) determined by the Director. MANAGER shall review and update the pricing schedule (excluding F&B pricing) based on procedures described in Clause 12., herein.

  • PRICING STRUCTURES Licenses and Support Services for the Licensed Programs to which this OST applies are granted according to the pricing structures mentioned in the related Transaction Document. Standard pricing structures are defined in the section “DEFINITIONS” of this OST, even though those pricing structures may not be applicable to the DS Offerings to which this OST applies.   • Master Schedule At the start of the schematic design phase, the Construction Administrator will be given a copy of the updated DAS initial schedule as described in the pre-design phase. The Construction Administrator will then create its master schedule based on the DAS’ initial schedule. Utilizing CPM-based software, the Construction Administrator will assign a duration and relationship to each task, add or delete tasks, identify the logic of interrelationships and milestones, and perform schedule management activities to identify the project's critical path and timeline. The master schedule shall include all tasks from the pre-design phase through design, construction, and project closeout. Items to be identified during subsequent refinements include milestones for departmental occupancy, shop drawing and Construction Administrator reviews, special support services, mobilization and demobilization, long lead item purchases, and float times.

  • Rate Schedule This Service Agreement in all respects shall be and remain subject to the applicable provisions of Rate Schedule CDS and of the General Terms and Conditions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff on file with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, all of which are by this reference made a part hereof. Customer shall pay Pipeline, for all services rendered hereunder and for the availability of such service in the period stated, the applicable prices established under Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS as filed with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, and as same may hereafter be legally amended or superseded. Customer agrees that Pipeline shall have the unilateral right to file with the appropriate regulatory authority and make changes effective in (a) the rates and charges applicable to service pursuant to Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS, (b) Pipeline's Rate Schedule CDS pursuant to which service hereunder is rendered or (c) any provision of the General Terms and Conditions applicable to Rate Schedule CDS. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer does not agree that Pipeline shall have the unilateral right without the consent of Customer subsequent to the execution of this Service Agreement and Pipeline shall not have the right during the effectiveness of this Service Agreement to make any filings pursuant to Section 4 of the Natural Gas Act to change the MDQ specified in Article I, to change the term of the agreement as specified in Article II, to change Point(s) of Receipt specified in Article IV, to change the Point(s) of Delivery specified in Article IV, or to change the firm character of the service hereunder. Pipeline agrees that Customer may protest or contest the aforementioned filings, and Customer does not waive any rights it may have with respect to such filings.   • Price Schedule 35.1. All prices under this agreement are set forth in the attachments designated Table One and Table Two of this Agreement are hereby incorporated into, and made a part of, this Agreement.
