Product and Service means the computer software OpenVPN is licensing to the Customer and the service OpenVPN is providing to the Customer described in the Product and Service Order signed by OpenVPN and that Customer and the Product License and Service Agreement for that Product or Service.

  • The costs and timelines to complete any requested modifications to the Product and Service must be addressed in a mutually agreed Statement of Work.

  • If offered, Configurator shall meet the following requirements: the Configurator must incorporate the pricing for all Product and Service offering approved under Appendices C and D; the on-line Configurator may only configure options, Products, and pricing data for Products and services which have been approved for sale under the NYS Contract.

  • In addition, if specified on the applicable Order Form, your current and prospective students may access the Self-Help portal of the Product and Service.
