Each Party shall comply with the methodology (including recordkeeping) established by the FCC or the Commission with respect to such Party's recovery in a competitively neutral manner of its costs to provide Interim Number Portability. The pricing principles set forth in this Section 13.8 shall apply to those INP arrangements a Party is required to provide pursuant to Section 13.2. As of the date a Party is not required to provide INP and has a viable LNP offering, the rates for LNP shall be as set forth in such Party’s applicable RCF and DID retail tariff(s).
