Pricing Increases. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term from the date of Comptroller approval of this Contract. Contractor may thereafter request an increase in the pricing contained in Appendix E (Submission #3, 4, or 5) by submitting a “Regular Add” to the OGS Purchasing Officer, provided that Contractor certifies in writing that the price change for Product applies to its GSA Supply Schedule, and that Contractor documents the request to the satisfaction of the State. Price increases shall be effective upon final approval by the State, and may not be electronically posted by Contractor prior to receipt of final approval
