Pricing Principles. 3.1 Subject to the trading principles set out in Article 2.1 hereof, under the prevailing local market conditions (including considerations such as volume of sales, length of contracts, package of services, overall customer relationship and other market factors), the products and services under Article 1 shall be based on arm’s length negotiation and on normal commercial terms or on terms no less favourable than those available from any independent third party to the Company.
