Cost categories. The Multiplex Licensee may recover all Efficient Costs it incurs in relation to the supply of the Multiplex Transmission Service. The Efficient Costs that the Multiplex Licensee may incur and recover is presently anticipated to include:

The most appropriate and accurate way to project costs, therefore, is to analyze each potential product's clinical trial needs separately and project costs accordingly.
