Pricing to Customer. All pricing to the Customer for orders placed under this Contract shall comply with the Customer price as stated within Section 4 of the Contract, and as set forth in Appendix C, Pricing Index, and shall include the DIR Administrative fee, provided that nothing shall preclude a Reseller from offering Customers prices lower than as stated in Section 4 and Appendix C.
