Principal/Supervisor’s Post Probationary Report. The principal/supervisor shall submit a written report to the Superintendent at the end of the probationary period, which shall identify whether the performance of the probationary employee has improved and set forth, one of the following recommendations for further action: 1. Removal of the probationary status. 2. Removal of the probationary status if accompanied by a letter identifying areas where further improvement is required. 3. Non-renewal of the employment contract of the employee.
