Principle 1. When organizational changes affect jobs, AXA pledges to supply relevant information and, as appropriate given local cultures and obligations, to consult with employees and/or their representatives. During the above-mentioned information-gathering and dialogue processes, AXA pledges to provide data and information that includes possible alternative solutions for the employees involved, when this applies.
