The County will include the Administrative Costs for supporting the Advisory Groups in its Annual Spending Plan for each Fiscal Year during the Term.
Each Party agrees to respond to relevant written questions, recommendations, or requests received in writing from the chairperson of an Advisory Groups that is clearly related to the group’s responsibilities as set forth in the Agreement and their charters.
